Regional Volleyball??

the regional volleyball is being held at Rye Cove..haysi plays J.I. Burton on tuesday and honaker gets a bye to the semis..anyone have any thoughts on who will be the champion??

i believe that GC or the Cove will take the title home

I went to the game last night. Haysi was served a beating, but I dont think ANYONE expected them to beat Burton. Congratulations on a good season girls. Anyways...I watched the first game between Gate City and Twin Springs, and Twin Springs played excellent volleyball, but it wasnt good enough to beat Gate City. Although, GC won, they didnt impress me much at all. I expected some serious play, but watching Honaker is more exciting than them, and I thought they were supposed to be really good. Honaker atleast has 3 or 4 girls that can hit the ball hard, while I only saw the "Helms"(?) girl putting something on the ball that couldnt be returned. I wish I could have a chance to watch Rye Cove play but I dont think I will be able to...Good luck tonight to Honaker, lets see a BDD team advance to state. And also good luck to Burton, take it from Rye Cove.

I-Catching...I didnt attend the game last night, but for them to beat Honaker so easily, then yes I am impressed. With the team I saw Tuesday night, I wouldnt have thought that they could have won it, but I realize that everyone has bad nights.

You didn't say whether you attended the game between GC and RC or not. If you wanted to see some really good volleyball, you should have taken that one in. The gym was packed and rockin'!
